Concretely
Villa Baraka has a total living area of 245m2, the 8x4m salt water pool is surrounded by an area shadowed with coconut trees, in a planted garden of 700m2 without any opposite. 120m of living area in its ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, home-cinema, and a pool table, not to say about the 2 outdoor covered terraces with patio furniture, hammocks and large teak table. The garden with many precious essences as Yang-Ylang, Hibiscus, Tiaré or Frangipane will delight your senses as the sound of night life for a real tropical experience.
The whole house is reserved for the guest, except a separate studio with separate entrance and garden that the owner keeps for their own use. We won’t be staying there but we like to store personal items and stuff and use the studio washing machine if needed as we’re living on our sailing boat in Marin during your stay.
Maximum capacity 13 persons, Max 10 adults with children-> 13 persons. 20€ extra cost / person/night on top of 10. 2 Cots available for 2 infants -> No Cost. Air Conditioning in all the bedrooms! Gardener is coming every two weeks on Wednesday! Swimming Pool specialist is coming every week on Thursday! 3 exteriors security cameras. Parking 4 cars.
Villa Rules. Minimum age for reservation: 30 years old. No parties or events of any kind! No noise from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No pets. Non-smoking property. Check-in between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out before 11:00 AM. Minimum stay: 7 nights.
